Raised outside of Philadelphia and later based in Boston after graduating from the University of Vermont, Erin first discovered Nantucket during weekend escapes while building her career in marketing at Bose Corporation. While living abroad in Paris, she purchased her first Nantucket home sight unseen, a leap that ultimately led her to make the island home in 2016 and begin her real estate career shortly after.

Today, Erin divides her time between Nantucket, MA and Palm Beach, FL. After nearly a decade of real estate experience on Nantucket, where she has represented over $230M in sales, she expanded her business to Palm Beach, another coastal community she has come to know and love over the past several years.

Licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida, Erin offers clients a thoughtful perspective shaped by her own experience buying, renovating, and selling homes. She understands not only the investment side of real estate, but the emotional side as well, helping clients find homes and communities that truly fit the way they want to live.
